On May 3, San Antonio voters will decide the future of our schools, neighborhoods, and families by voting in elections for the mayor, city council members, and other local elected seats.
These leaders will have the power to impact our city’s schools, infrastructure, budgets, taxes, and local laws. Your vote is your voice—make sure it’s heard!

Deadline to request your ballot: April 22
Can’t make it in-person? You can still show up with a vote-by-mail ballot. Here’s how it’s done:
Download your application here or call your local or county office to request an application be sent to you.
Address your application and then mail or fax it to the Early Voting Clerk by April 22. Find contact info here.
Your ballot will be mailed to you.
Mail your ballot back to your local Early Voting Clerk or drop it off in-person at your local Early Voting Clerk’s office by 7 p.m. on May 3. Find address info here.

You do not have to meet any special qualifications to vote early in-person – if you are registered and qualified to vote on Election Day, you can also cast a ballot during the early voting period.
